Although I search this just because I've watched the film "sex drive"
and they named a place,which full of Amish with this name,quite satirical,
but I just Just Just care about what is Amish?!

Amish,through the wikipedia,I've known they are a group of
Christian religious denominations. They are often best known
for their simple living, plain dress and their resistance to the
adoption of many modern conveniences.
Another way,through the Sex Drive,I've known
they can fix the car free for you, and maybe you will got the chance
to watch the Fall out boy concert with five song set at there
and maybe you will meet a pretty hot sexy wild Amish Lady at there too
then you might fall into her and never want to leave the "Rumspringa"
But those is not the point I'm really looking for
What I'm looking for is,the way they keep themselves
separate from the world,make themselves outside of it.
They work by themselves,by running the farm.
They are strongly "rejecting" the modern technology,
by limiting the usage of telephone,not using electricity.
They may not buy any insurance and accept any assistant from
government.
The education of them mostly until grade 8,
almost no Amish goes to high school.
Which believed basic knowledge offered up to that point is
sufficient to prepare one for the Amish lifestyle
They operate their own schools by One room Schoolhouse
which teach by unmarried young,maybe hot,maybe pretty Amish lady.
And I think this is the way,to resistant the grow of technology.
Because,everything is related to education.
Another thing is,the discipline of the child in a family
is very stress strict,this is taught and enforced by parents and preachers.
Their child is super obedience to their parent,it's a common thing
or else they will receive such corporal punishment.
Sounds weird?but this is the way to teach your child,
to avoid them give you a heart-attack!
Such a thing, created a natural lifestyle,which will not harm this planet,
everything remain the most plain,peaceful life.
I wonder,if half of the world is Amish,how would this world be?
but,it shouldn't be,because we do need the technology to help
this world become better,although it does have side effect.
I do have an idea,which is we live in a high tech world
but we still keep an Amish heart, to keep this planet's natural
it's quite confuse,a strong of opposite thing,and Amish is religious.
But I don't think it's a dilemma,because we live in a same world
As long as,you are human,you live in earth and you breath the air
standing on the ground, and you do eat and drink,this world is yours
That's why you have the responsibility to take care,protect of this planet,
the place which take care of you more than you take care of it.
